Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are allowed. Electricity fees for heating apply during winter months (November to March). Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, cafés and a bakery are located in the small village of Vilafranca de Bonany, which is only 3.5 km away. The coast with its fine sandy beaches can be reached within 30 minutes by car. Villafranca de Bonany is a perfect area for cycling and the route to the property is suitable for cycling (on the property you can easily park bicycles).

You will find a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in one bedroom and the hallway, plus a new high-capacity unit to cool the common areas. Three ceiling fans are available in the bedrooms without air conditioning. The house also includes a TV, washing machine, workspace, and the stone construction keeps the interior naturally cool. Families with young children will appreciate the availability of a crib and high chair. Outside, you can enjoy a private garden, covered terrace, open terrace, and balcony.
